Reports To: Foster Care Program Manager
Beginning Pay Range: $52,375.00-$55,000.00 **Sign-on Bonus: CWTI Supervisory trained candidates can earn $5,000 upon hire.**

About this Opportunity:

Full-time leadership position providing supervision, direction, and support to an established team of Foster Care Case Managers. Supports and oversees placement and supervision of children in Foster Care and corresponding efforts with the legal parents/guardians. Ensures expedient and effective permanency plans including returning home, placement with relatives, adoption, and independent living.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in human behavioral science field preferred; or a Bachelor's degree in a Human Behavioral Science field required. Three years' work experience in a child welfare agency, a child caring institution, or an agency performing a child welfare function required. Must have a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation with adequate insurance.
