- Managing Requests: You handle different loss mitigation requests coming from various sources. - Meeting Deadlines: You make sure everything is processed on time and follows regulations. - Reviewing Submissions: You check if the information submitted is complete and accurate. - Analyzing Information: You look at the borrower's and loan's financial details to decide if they meet the necessary requirements. - Escalating Issues: If needed, you escalate the request to the relevant investor. - Communicating Decisions: You inform the servicers about the decision on the request in a timely manner. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* ADHOC report management Customer service piece Bachelor's Degree Preferred Loss Mitigation Experience Required Substantial Microsoft Office products (notably Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Access) knowledge. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access Substantial knowledge of the delinquency life cycle start to finish including: early stage, late stage and post conveyance Substantial understanding of Investor requirements around Loss Mitigation alternatives used to assist homeowners such as: modifications, forbearance plans, deferrals and repayment plans *Experience Level:* Intermediate Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
