Local 99 general laborer with emphasis on painting, patching, carpentry and tile repairs.
Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, light plumbing repairs. Inspect facilities regularly and identify any issues or repairs needed Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or appliances Install or assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain inventory of tools and equipment Follow safety procedures and guidelines when performing tasks Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, tiling, firestopping Ability to use hand and power tools effectively Excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision | |
