What this job involves: The Project Management Office (PMO) Lead holds the primary accountability for tracking, reporting, and gate review processes of all projects and initiatives within the account, covering both capital projects and small works. This role ensures strategic alignment, assesses business risks, and secures necessary stakeholder review for funding and procedural approvals. The PMO Lead is also responsible for maintaining and updating tools, templates, processes, and technologies for the Project Management teams, enforcing internal governance to ensure compliance. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Navigate and govern a diverse, virtual, and variably matrixed team. Maintain relationships with clients, on-account personnel, engaged PDS teams, and other key stakeholders. Keep a strong connection to JLL's AMER PMO platform, PMO Community of Excellence cohort, and Enterprise PDS leads to facilitate leading-edge PMO operations. Leverage knowledge of PDS specialty services and a network of SMEs to deliver integrated services to the client when appropriate. Proactively identify risks associated with reporting, data capture, processes, and service interactions, and leverage technology for seamless execution. Promote an engaging environment where on-account teams and alliance partners understand expectations and are committed to corporate and client goals. Consistently seek advanced project management practices aimed at delivering value to the client. Serve as a conduit between Client/On-Account service leads and project management teams. Act as an escalation point for Client/On-Account and project management team members. Desired experience and technical skills: Requirements: Ten years of documented, progressive experience in project, operations, or PMO management, with knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Project Management, and/or Construction. Extensive experience in a client-focused, results/metrics-driven organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills via both one-on-one and group interactions, including proficiency in MS Office suite products and Work Dynamics core technology (such as Corrigo). Experience in collaborating with high-performing teams, both locally and remotely. Strong relationship-building skills to facilitate collaboration and communication with clients, across accounts, corporately, and within the industry. Demonstrated ability to manage by influence in a virtual, cross-region setting, and network across multiple stakeholders regarding a central PMO system.
