Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead a Salesforce scrum team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, Salesforce (preferably Service Cloud), and a background in government projects. This role involves managing the Scrum process, ensuring effective collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Responsibilities



  • Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Government Experience: Apply knowledge of government regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all project activities.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Utilize understanding of Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, to guide the scrum best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement practices within the team, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Manager or Scrum Master, with specific experience in Salesforce projects.
  • Proven experience in managing projects within a government environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, and familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce System Administrator and Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.


Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $105,600 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
