The Business Development & Strategy Coordinator position will serve as a bridge between key clinical stakeholders in the communities and our organization. Effective communication, collaboration, and coordination are essential for the success of this role. The coordinator will also act as a strategic partner in aligning efforts, sharing insights, and driving referral growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
2. Valid driver's license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:

1. Two years healthcare, consulting, or marketing experience

1. Engage in proactive outreach efforts by taking healthcare providers into communities to meet with referring providers
2. Analyze referral data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
3. Tailor outreach strategies and optimize referral network effectively
4. Work with leadership and other service lines to identify key services, provide input on marketing campaigns, and promote healthcare services to communities
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
6. Identify opportunities and partners aligned to institutional objectives and strategies
7. Establish appropriate contacts and nurture relationships
8. Plan and execute site visits and meet and greets
9. Develops and monitors business development or project specific dashboard information that monitors and alerts leadership to changes or opportunities in the marketplace. Partners with appropriate support teams
10. Supports execution of the organization's initiatives through effective program and project management
11. Help manage expansion of Epic affiliate link, follow-up communications, acceptance of patients, partnering opportunities, and ease of medical transportation

1. Possess expert knowledge and experience to assume professional, organizational, and educational responsibilities for directing assigned professionals
2. A strong understanding of strategic alliances, partnerships, and physician joint ventures
3. A strategic thinker who knows how to interpret the evolving healthcare environment and advantageously position an organization
4. Effective conflict resolution and problem resolution skills
5. A "systems thinking" approach with the ability to learn, adapt, and react to a changing organizational environment
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills which are equally effective with large and small audiences
7. Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft products and experience with project management software
8. Ability to provide effective direction to others in execution of project work, as a passionate advocate for customer needs and prudent innovator
9. Demonstrated skills in building positive relationships with senior leaders, managers, employees, and other external customers. Responsive to requests/input.
10. Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of initiative
11. Strong interpersonal skills and have ability to function well autonomously
