Work Location: RemoteHome office Position Summary The National Accounts Manager reports to the National Accounts Director- Builders and is responsible for retaining current business, delivering share growth on high value products and driving alignment between the local sales teams and the builder divisions. These strategic accounts are normally large national builders that represent significant existing or potential business to James Hardie. The incumbent will be expected to influence and partner with key decision makers alongside regional sales leadership and integrate cross functionally within JHBP. Position Requirements The incumbent in this role must quickly develop a broad base of key industry contacts, develop an excellent understanding of JHBP segment strategies, products, goals and strategic objectives. Additionally, this role requires high emotional intelligence coupled with a strong abstract reasoning ability in order to effectively manage partnerships for mutual benefit of the builder and the company to ensure internal strategic objectives are met and exceeded.
