The Customer Service Representative works onsite to establish and maintain a working relationship with NSB and EnerSys clients, both domestic and international. As the initial impression to the clients, the Customer Service Rep strives to continuously provide service that exceeds the client's expectations by responding promptly to inquiries, fulfilling orders and ensuring the orders are received by the client in a timely manner.
