We are seeking an analyst for IT Security Metrics and Reporting for a key role on our IT Security team.

Description:

Security Metrics and Reporting for Montefiore will help optimizing the organization's cybersecurity strategy and ensuring robust protection against potential threats. Metrics offer insights into security effectiveness, incident response, and vulnerability management. Regular reporting helps Montefiore identify trends, allocate resources efficiently, and enhance its security infrastructure. This ensures accountability, compliance, and proactive risk management, ultimately protecting sensitive information and maintaining stakeholder trust.

Requirements include:



  • 5+ years of experience in a related position.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting in an enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience performing statistical modeling and knowledge of machine learning techniques.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
