What You Can Expect As a Collections Analyst, you will mitigate credit risk and minimize credit losses by following established collections procedures. In this role, you will use effective communication and business judgment to enforce compliance with contractual payment terms through direct customer contact. You will manage internal and external customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and oversee the accurate and efficient handling of disconnect and reconnect processes.
