Locations: Detroit, MI (Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport) or Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN ( Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport)
Pay: $77,900-$95,000 Responsible for the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed by the clients and in accordance with the standards and procedures of Jones Lang LaSalle. Facilities Management Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety Client Service/Satisfaction Develop and maintain positive client relationship Conflict resolution and solution analysis Compliance Provides contract compliance management and quality control Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program Budgeting/Reporting Preparation of detailed budgets for operations Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports Any and all other duties and tasks assigned Desired Experience and Technical Skills Strong organizational and management skills Minimum of 3 years of Facilities Management experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills Strong presentation skills Proficient in MS Office, and MS SharePoint Computer proficiency in CMMS (Work Order) systems Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary Preferred * Knowledge of real estate, management, accounting and building systems | |
