Reports To: Systems Support Manager
Salary: $70,120 - $105,180

As a Software Engineer on the Robotic Process Automation Team, you will develop automation solutions that save manual effort for users in departments throughout the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Develop automations using the UiPath Development Studio.
  • Ensure automations meet development requirements and standards.
  • Utilize independent problem-solving skills to lead efforts in providing support and maintenance to drive solutions for existing automations.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to RPA team members.
  • Participate in the process of keeping UiPath servers patched and secure.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders from the business, working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Product Managers to deliver value against roadmap.
  • Understand, enforce, and consistently exercise best practices, concepts.
  • Analyze complex automations and identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Understand the customer and identify solutions and ideas to make them successful.
  • Evaluate potential activity solutions to improve overall automation footprint.
  • Limit risk associated with solutions that might impact business activities.


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of proven development software experience.
  • Demonstrate technical abilities with application development, configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Initiative to learn and produce solutions in a quick and efficient method.


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Experience with the UiPath Development Studio and creation of automations.
  • Experience with processes involved in the support of food distribution, transportation or general business administration knowledge.
  • Experience with Jira and/or within an Agile development environment.


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Travel - Occasional overnight for trainings and meetings. No restriction on mode of travel.
  • Schedule - ability to work flexible hours; may include non-business hour work as needed.
