Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Proactively identify and acquire new buildings in the competitive NYC market, leveraging self-generated leads and established industry relationships
  • Cultivate and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
  • Devise and execute comprehensive proposals tailored to each client's unique requirements and preferences, showcasing the organization's capabilities and value proposition
  • Efficiently and accurately process and manage new work orders to ensure seamless execution of projects


Basic Qualifications:



  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years in Fire Alarm Sales, with a proven track record of establishing valuable connections within the construction industry
  • Valid driver licenses and acceptable driving record


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with NYC Building Codes and NFPA72 regulations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the compliance landscape
  • Adeptness in utilizing software tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, familiarity with CRM software)
