Overview

Ferrellgas is looking for a driven individual to join the Fleet team on a temporary basis. This position with general supervision is required to provide excellent administrative support to Fleet team and Coordinators. This person will be expected to maintain attention to detail, work independently, and complete all assigned work, accurately and in a timely manner. Prior history with invoice processing, data entry, and fleet maintenance would be plus.This position typically requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of administrative office experience. This position will be approximately 38 weeks in duration, depending on business need.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the administration of entering data into Fleetwave.
  • Verifies invoice information and data entry.
  • Update various data bases.
  • Assist with new vendor setups.
  • Answers and responds to verbal, written/email and telephone in a professional manner.
  • Processes, organizes, and files paperwork including invoices.
  • Always maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Follows all Ferrellgas/Blue Rhino procedures.
  • Work with other departments as necessary
  • Meets team and department goals and deadlines as assigned.
  • Must have a sense of urgency, attention to details and dependability.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • 2+ years administrative office experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task based on changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Maintenance work order systems is a plus.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
  • Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
