Marketing Assistant

• Follow the marketing director's instructions and provide administrative support for the marketing team.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and corporate team members.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials such as websites, e-blasts, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain technical documents like specifications and compliance manuals.
• Assist with corporate event planning and execution, as well as managing digital and printed files.
• Work with software tools to edit and develop forms, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and update social media accounts.
• Prepare reports, format documents, and handle general office duties while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Qualifications: Degree in Marketing and Marketing experience. Experience with SEO writing and utilizing AI components, Adobe suite and Constant Contact.
