Role Description: The IAM Solutions Delivery Lead on the Identity and Access Management team will execute on strategy, planning, design, communication, and delivery of portfolio projects. The initiatives are large projects focused on the transformation of IAM as a business, and the reduction of identity and access risk for the Bank. The person in this role will, for the initiative(s), work closely with the product, architecture, and engineering teams, project managers, analysts, and operations teams and partnering with stakeholders across the LOBs, and GIS leadership. Working as an individual contributor, the Solutions Delivery Lead will have responsibility for managing the delivery of the initiative benefits and addressing issues and risks as they are identified across the IAM capabilities. The individual in this role will participate and lead technology teams that research, engineer, develop, implement, communicate, monitor, and maintain key IAM solutions. You will utilize your in-depth technical and product knowledge as well as experience defining new business requirements to influence design and ensure secure solutions that meet the organizations needs. Experience with managing identities in the Public Cloud and Privileged Access is preferred for this role. Required Skills:
