Position Title: Customer Service Assistant
Wage: $18-$20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3:30pm QPS Employment Group is looking for a Customer Service Assistant for a company in Oconomowoc, WI. Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Report to the Customer Service Manager - Assist with orders, changes, and inquiries and customer related communication - Perform and communicate effectively as a liaison between the customer and internal departments - Interact with internal departments as required - Assist with reporting on time reports, general sales reports, forecasting, etc. - Other duties as assigned Customer Service Assistant Requirements: - College Degree or intended, customer service focus a plus - Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal - Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office - Strong organizational/time management skills - Motivated self-starter QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
