A little about this position:
  • Provides administrative and operational assistance for The Westin Monache.
  • Works with sales, administration, owner relations, and front desk to perform a variety of operational functions.


Requirements:
  • High school graduate with at least two years advanced course work in business administration, hotel management, or related fields preferred.
  • Two years of hospitality, administrative, or customer service work-related experience preferred.
  • Must be able to exercise a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management whether in person, on the telephone or in writing.
  • Professionalism, strong attention to detail and follow through skills necessary.
  • Knowledge of business machines and computers within a Windows operating system is necessary as well as proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Hourly pay rate: $22.77 to $24.58
