About the Role

The Onsite Communication Coordinator will play an instrumental role with initiating and maintaining open and frequent communications with various key organizations ensuring all parties have the most up-to-date information. Onsite communication coordinator will primarily establish critical communications with sponsors located throughout the United States and maintain positive communications throughout the delivery process.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

    Establish and maintain clear and concise communications with various sponsors, across the United States.
  • Coordinate with sponsors to ensure they have the latest schedule and provide updates to sponsor on changes to the schedule or itinerary.
  • Coordinate with intermediary or temporary locations designated as a place of rest or shelter to ensure all information is provided to include number of personnel and full itinerary.
  • Maintain direct and open communication between designated shelters and Team Culmen,
  • May attend inter-company meetings and meetings with the federal client.
  • Will be assigned other key liaison and/or communication roles within this national level program.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum years of 3 experience required as a communication specialist
  • Experience working with U.S. Health and Human Services or Office or Refugee and Resettlement (ORR)
  • Familiarity with the resettlement process and ORR policies
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish
  • Experience working with children, directly or indirectly
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1
  • National Agency Check and Inquiries-NACI Clearance
  • Ability to pass a drug test; will be subject to random drug testing throughout employment
