About the Role

The Workforce Manager will have the primary responsibility to ensure qualified personnel are identified and successfully recruited onto the program. Qualified candidate will have direct responsibility properly forecasting and planning workforce, or human capital, supply and demand to meet high operation demands, on a national level program, operating a various brick and mortar sites.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

    Comprehends the national program and evaluates client requirements to include surge requirements.
  • Responsible for properly forecasting and planning workforce, or human capital, supply and demand.
  • Responsible for forecasting and planning unaccompanied children and travel youth care pairing and/or ratios to develop and inform critical transportation scheduling.
  • Ensures accurate shift schedules information is available to all necessary employees.
  • Respond to any contingency that causes shift changes to ensure all night/day shifts have proper coverage.
  • Utilize system of record to schedule all personnel and ensures accuracy, at all possible time.
  • Interacts and interfaces with all personnel, in particular, maintains close. communications with the leadership team.
  • Leverages company proprietary system to input data and/or update schedules.
  • Works in synchronization with the company recruiting team.
  • Ability to work an assigned shift.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of human capital planning or personnel planning on a large (excess of 100 personnel) program
  • Minimum 2 years of direct management or supervisory experience
  • Associates degree in relevant field
  • Experience working with U.S. Health and Human Services or Office or Refugee and Resettlement
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1
  • National Agency Check and Inquiries-NACI Clearance
  • Ability to pass a drug test; will be subject to random drug testing throughout employment
