Starkey is hiring a Retail Facilities Coordinator for our subsidiary Audibel at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. Do you have a service desk background coordinating maintenance? Have you used a ticket system to help customers and enjoy problem solving? If so, this may be your next career move. This position is primarily responsible for the review, coordination, communication, and timely resolution of all retail related tickets ensuring seamless clinic operations and driving customer satisfaction. This position requires a driven individual with a problem-solving mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS
* Review and evaluate retail ticket requests or inquiries determining priority/urgency, defining optimum corrective action and timing.
* Schedule repairs and service for multiple trades and/or disciplines in retail stores monitoring through completion.
* Source local vendors and maintain positive working relationships to ensure quality vendor list.
* Effectively communicate status/action plan to responsible clinic staff and management.
* Maintain open communication with landlords/property management regarding repairs.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of the ticket database and record keeping.
* Establish, organize, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations and efficiency.
* Gain understanding of clinic operations and become the subject matter expert for office maintenance requests.
* Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
* Education
o High School Diploma or GED
o Associate degree (Preferred)

Experience
o Retail or administrative experience.
o Customer Service or supplier facing communication

Knowledge / Technical Requirements
* Knowledge of general building maintenance and systems
* Knowledge of basic methods, tools, materials and equipment used in routine maintenance repair work.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with ticket systems (preferred)
