Introduction to the job

ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world's leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices inChandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Role and responsibilities

  • Invoicing customers for complex service contracts and other sales
  • Resolve, manage issues from Field Service Organization, Account Management and Customers
  • Approve set up of new service contracts
  • Track compliance and fulfillment of service contracts utilizing ServiceNow tool
  • Assist on preparation of month end reporting to parent company each month end close
  • Execution and improvement of our internal control framework and SOX controls for the applicable customer service processes in USA
  • Contribute to closing process related to service contracts each month end
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify efficiencies and areas of improvement

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance and/or business economics
  • Knowledge/hands on experience with Oracle, SAP, or transferrable ERP systems required
  • Intermediate excel skills required
  • Knowledge and experience with US GAAP and IFRS preferred
  • Affinity with internal controls, SOx, reporting, data analytics and continuous monitoring;
  • Affinity with end-to-end process optimization;

Other information

The Revenue Specialist - US Sales and Service reports to the US Manager, Financial Services - Sales and Service Accounting. He/she interacts with various departments and layers in and outside of finance.

The base annual range for this role is currently: $54,375- $90,625

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
