OverviewThe Consumer Marketing Team is leading marketing transformation at Microsoft. The Consumer Growth Engine (CGE) is a digitally centric performance marketing team focused on delighting customers with relevant, timely, personalized communications to help them grow excitement in purchasing and getting more value out of Microsoft products and services. This role is an opportunity with high impact and visibility, and you will play a key role in building relationships with customers through marketing, innovating marketing strategies, and ensuring that our customers have a connected experience wherever they are. As a Digital Experience Manager, Email Channel you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional customer journeys within the email channel while leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. Your primary focus will be identifying key moments that matter and customizing content and messaging to welcome and onboard customers into the new hardware, helping them get up and running as fast as possible and get the most value out of their Windows computer. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing results with business stakeholders and leaders, achieving key performance metrics related to email channel health, customer engagement, and retention. The Digital Experience Manager will work with the Customer journey lead and other digital channel experts (web, in product, social) to develop and execute cross channel experiences.
