What this job involves -
Provide general FM services including continuous monitoring of the facility, procurement of property supplies and services, delivery of excellent customer service to clients, agencies, and visitors and assist with invoice processing.

What is your day to day?
Perform day-to-day oversight and completion of work orders, providingstatusupdatesto the AFM/FMas necessary.
SupportAFM/FM onproject moves by relocating furniture, equipment, and boxes as needed.
Review, code, and submitinvoicesforAFM/FMapprovalin a timely manner.
Assistwith budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
Direct team to preparevacant workstations for new employees.
Responsible for building accesscards/IDs.
Administer and maintain security system.
Order, track, and analyze inventory of office & pantry supplies.
Provide backup support for meetings and events.
Contribute to the account KPIs and SLAs.
Assist in solvingproblems associated withbuilding services/property management.
Assistwith coordinatingand schedulingmaintenance activities and minor projects, providing direction to vendors and FM staff to ensureexcellentcoordinationandexecution of work.

Desired experience and technical skills
Required:
2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
Associate degree in facilities management, building, business, orotherrelated field

Preferred:
Superior customer service skills and orientation
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
