Who are we looking for:

* A candidate with or without Cardiac experience with a strong interest in Cardiac procedures.

* A well rounded surg tech with previous experience who wants to learn and perform with our Cardiac team

This is a full time 12-hour varied shift position with call.

*$4K New Hire Incentive, $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of recent experience as a Cardiac Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association
• Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills. Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. Detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Cardiac experience
• CST Certification
