Position Summary

Develop and implement standard training processes to include maintaining regional training facilities, materials and equipment, standardizing training delivery and upkeep of all training records. Effectively maximizing the use of 3rd party training within OMR.

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

* Builds and runs required reports.
* Maintains data entry and local training calendar in the Learning Management System.
* Support verification of training requirements and qualifications.
* Manage and communicate training schedule and qualifications.
* Works with development and training groups to ensure consistency of product documentation and fully leverage opportunities for reuse of these materials.
* Administers performance data regarding effectiveness of instructional systems, courses, or instructional materials.
* Responsible for the scheduling of internal and external training courses for the region.
* Uploads and maintains employee training records into required databases.
* Provides training and competency support to Training Managers as necessary. Sending out appropriate pre-course information to delegates/managers before training courses. Ensuring lodging and transportation is arranged and the proper forms are completed.
* Assists in training course set up / clears up before and/or after a training event.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Minimum one (1) year or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing systems.

DESIRED

* Experience with data entry into a learning management system.
