We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Manager to oversee the operations. This position requires strong administrative and managerial skills to ensure the efficient operation of the office and smooth coordination between staff, clients, and vendors. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service, maintaining financial records, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the bookkeeping for the business using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Track revenue and expenses, ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Oversee budget planning, ensuring the business operates within financial goals and targets.
  • Ensure that all government notices, summonses, and subpoenas are received and processed in compliance with D.C. regulations.
  • Oversee filing of required documents with local and federal agencies to maintain the company's good standing and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients regarding their registered agent services, including compliance with D.C. regulations and timely submission of required documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met, while promoting continued business growth.
  • Manage office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Provide direction and leadership to team members, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and coordination of office tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee and ensure that the customized computer programs running the business are functioning properly and updated as necessary.
  • Work closely with IT professionals to address any software or system issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all security procedures are followed, particularly in the handling of sensitive client information, legal documents, and government communications.
  • Maintain a secure environment for processing confidential and legal documents.
  • Assist with answering phones and responding to customer inquiries as needed.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, legal forms, and documents related to registered agent services.
