Bilingual Employment Recruiter (Spanish or Hmong)

Location: Milwaukee, WI / West Allis, WI

About the Position:

Join our growing team at SITE Staffing, Inc. as a Bilingual Employment Recruiter. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to contribute to our expanding staffing firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent college graduate or anyone looking to further their career in recruitment and human resources. We specialize in temporary-to-hire and direct placement services, focusing on skilled and professional candidates.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for client job openings
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Oversee onboarding, setting start dates, discussing raises, and addressing performance issues
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Pre-screen applicants and review resumes for job compatibility
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidate feedback to hiring managers
• Handle reference checks, background verifications, and pre-employment testing
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Manage job offers, including negotiation and administration
• Draft rejection letters and manage new employee orientations

Skills and Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Hmong)
• Strong computer and internet research skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Self-starter capable of working independently
• Ability to handle a 40-50 hour work week
