Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Analysis & Support: Provide in-depth analysis and strategic insights to support Commercial Clinical Strategy Directors, defining client success metrics, recommending leading indicators, and ensuring measurement processes are aligned to achieve and exceed client expectations.
  • Physician/HCP Behavior Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of physician behavior across multiple data sources, identifying strategically relevant targets based on client objectives, campaign scale, and brand/therapeutic area trends.
  • Campaign Impact Measurement: Coordinate with internal teams to prepare data for statistical analyses measuring the promotional and/or behavioral impact of Medscape campaigns, including sales lift studies, campaign impact evaluations, and subgroup analyses
  • Marketing Optimization & Business Renewal: Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate campaign data and conduct descriptive analyses of program impact, providing insights that inform marketing optimization strategies and support business renewal efforts.
  • Curious Data Marketer: Continuously evaluate data integrity, questioning patterns and insights to ensure accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to promptly identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM major
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced in Excel
  • Advanced in building decks in PowerPoint
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience analyzing healthcare data
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing to an HCP audience
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries
  • High energy, self-motivated, disciplined self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Outstanding team player, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative critical thinker and passionate about data
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with quick execution against tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written - ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable presentations
