Manager, Strategic Sourcing - What this job involves
Be part of a high-performing S&P team for a large global client. Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and global team deliverables.

Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our client and JLL.

Drive results through global S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, AND meeting account level KPIs and goals.

Oversee AMER client compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Achieves Financial and Compliance Results
Oversight of annual AMER sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it, aligned to the global sourcing strategy.
Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
Own AMER sourcing compliance and controls. Identify and share opportunities for improvement with appropriate functional leaders.
Ensure all sourcing technology tools are leveraged across AMER account.
Partner teams closely with operations by providing management, detailed instruction and follow up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes.
Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring supplier's performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business.
Establishes and Nurtures Strong Relationships
Ensure the vision and strategy of the client sourcing plan is implemented and aligned with necessary objectives.
Lead and participate in client meetings /strategy sessions at AMER level.
Establish and maintain relationships within client relationship including but not limited to Account Director, FM Lead, Operations Lead and Finance Director.
Provide strategic vision for all S&P aspects of business including best practices and innovation.
Effectively develop and lead complex short-term and longer-term sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance across the account.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
Continually manage/assess suppliers through the established supplier performance management program.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and/or 5+ years strategic sourcing/procurement or related experience; MBA preferred.
Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
