What this job involves:We are looking for a passionate Server Engineer to implement the Hank product and add value for our customers. Need someone who is self-starter with ability to quickly learn, pick up new things.What is Hank?Hank is an AI based HVAC programming company that operates in large office buildings. Our goal is to reduce energy consumption, improve comfort, and improve building indoor air quality using our proprietary AI.Position SummaryA Server Engineer executes all project tasks that are associated with Hank's HVAC equipment and energy monitoring programming as well as back end support for the Hank Dashboard.Key ResponsibilitiesUse Hank's programming standards to execute project task.
Work with Stream Leads to develop a programming plan that monitors the performance indicators as determined by Hank's base level processes and project engineer requirements. Work with the development team to ensure the Hank dashboard is setup properly and includes the data required by Hank's base level processes and Project Engineer requirements. Execute programming task with advanced wire sheet programming and Tridium knowledge/experience. Accountable for task quality, hours, and completion dates. QualificationsBachelors degree Mechanical Engineering Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BMS) Working knowledge of HVAC equipment Sequence of Operation (SOO) Working knowledge of HVAC equipment design Working knowledge of wire sheet programming Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong HVAC programming skills specifically in Tridium Niagara Strong understanding of HVAC Sequence of Operation (SOO) Strong understanding of HVAC schematics including unit schedules Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to communicate openly with peers in different divisions Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Eager to learn and always coachable What we can do for you:Our people at JLL and JLL Technologies are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world-class services, advisory and technology for our clients.
