We are looking for a Project Manager to work with the Professional Services team at Ping Identity. The Professional Services team is part of our Global Customer Care organization. We provide professional services for identity and access management that support Customer and Workforce identities leveraging Ping software and cloud solutions.

You will report to the North America Senior Manager and will play an essential role in Professional Services' commitment to deliver successfully on engagements striving for predictability, repeatability and financial responsibility. We are looking for someone who enjoys leading engagements for external clients and one who can manage a portfolio of lite to complex projects. You will have several years of experience in project management best practices, consulting, and leading technology implementation projects. You will join a happy and highly effective team with a focus towards mentorship, team work and personal development. Our goal is not just to make our customers successful, but to take your project management skillset to the next level.

You Will:



  • Be the primary point of contact overseeing engagements delivered by Ping or Ping Partners.
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and team members
  • Manage a portfolio of projects that support external customers
  • Manage outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, risks, escalations and dependencies
  • Flourish in a collaborative environment, demonstrating teamwork and excellence
  • Provide proactive written/verbal status updates to customer, partners and leadership on key project metrics
  • Maintain forecasting for projects, support invoicing and resourcing efforts for the Professional Services team


You have:



  • 5+ years of project management experience in consulting and technology implementation
  • 3+ years of experience within a Professional Services organization at a Cloud software or SaaS company
  • Experience managing engagements with external delivery partners
  • Motivated and comfortable adapting to change and competing demands with timelines
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related level of experience.
  • PMP Certification
  • Can independently deliver results & embrace a process-driven environment
  • Exceptional skills around communications and delivery, both verbal and written
  • Willing to travel up to 20% (depending on projects)


You have an advantage if you have:



  • Experience deploying projects in Identity Management or Cybersecurity domains
  • Fortune 500 business or technology consulting background
  • Experience motivating teams
  • Spanish language skills


Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
