This position reports to

Continuous Improvement Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own specific service business processes and lead the execution of the needed process changes. Each day, you will define, and track rollout plans and ensure user adoption, business case realization and management support. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating sound knowledge of business processes within the relevant industry and acting as an expert in realizing the business's long-term objectives.
The work model for the role is Onsite in Florence.
Relocation assistance available for this position.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Listens to the process user and customer feedback to identify development areas of the process, prioritizes the developments based on user and customer value, and builds the business case for process changes by identifying expected benefits.
* Follows up the process KPIs to identify continuous improvement needs of the process.
* Ensures and supports implementation of the process across the organization.
* Facilitates business process implementation across ABB domains.
* Ensures change management, communication plans, and stakeholder management within their own area of responsibility.
* Drives change management by quantifying the user and customer value of the process.
* Works together with Information Systems (IS) and Application Owners to make sure that the process is supported by the right applications.
* Collaborates with other Service Business Process Owners to ensure process alignment.
* Collaborates with relevant management to ensure buy-in for the process(es) and to drive their implementation.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related role with 6+ years experience. Otherwise a combination of 10+ years of experience and education.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP experience required in SD, PP, MM modules.
  • Experience with SAP S4 HANA preferred.
  • Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as per business needs - 10% to 20% max.
  • Project management experience.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
