Position Overview As a Store Sales Associate, you'll create positive shopping experiences for our diverse community of customers and donors while supporting our retail operations and community-focused mission. Pay Rate: $13.00/Hour Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system Manage personal cash drawer, including opening, closing, and balancing duties Maintain store appearance through cleaning, organizing, and restocking Meet daily production goals through merchandise processing and display Support donation processing and merchandising efforts Create a positive shopping environment Follow all company policies and procedures Required Qualifications High School Diploma or currently pursuing Strong English communication skills for effective customer and team interactions Basic computer skills with ability to learn new systems Strong math skills for accurate transaction handling Flexibility to work various schedules Professional appearance and adherence to dress code Reliable and team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Capability to move throughout the store Physical ability to handle merchandise and maintain store appearance Training & Development Comprehensive POS system training provided Expected POS system proficiency within 3 months Ongoing professional development opportunities
