  • About the Role

    The Senior Marketing Strategist will lead the strategic direction for the organization's marketing initiatives. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, elevating brand presence, and aligning closely with the Sales team to drive revenue growth. The Senior Marketing Strategist will also be responsible for competitive intelligence and high-level brand management, ensuring our messaging and positioning align with market demands and resonate with our target audience.

    As the Senior Marketing Strategist, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:

  • Strategic Marketing Campaigns: Develop and lead multi-channel strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Partner with leadership to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to produce collateral, presentations, and tools that empower the Sales team to communicate the value proposition effectively and close deals.
  • Brand Awareness and Management: Lead brand positioning initiatives, oversee brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Elevate brand visibility through PR, partnerships, and strategic sponsorships.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Regularly analyze and monitor competitors, providing insights and recommendations for product, positioning, and messaging adjustments based on market trends.
  • Content Development Oversight: Develop high-level content strategy, manage the content calendar, and guide the creation of thought leadership pieces, case studies, and other brand assets.
  • Events Management: Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, industry conferences, and company-hosted events. Handle end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, registration, promotional activities, and on-site/virtual support to ensure a smooth and impactful experience for participants.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data and analytics to enhance ROI and overall impact.
  • About You

    You're a good fit for the role of Senior Marketing Strategist if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or a related role, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Proven expertise in competitive analysis and market research.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.
