You will own a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Retail and Lifestyle vertical with which Maersk is looking to increase our share of the wallet and expand the product portfolio beyond the ocean product to L&S products while ensuring we deliver our financial targets.

In addition, you will be an important partner to the US Retail & Lifestyle Sales Account Managers and Customer Experience peers to identify customer supply chain needs and develop solutions.

The opportunity:

As a Senior Customer Experience Partner, you will manage a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Retail and Lifestyle vertical, aiming to grow Maersk's share of the wallet and expand the product portfolio beyond ocean services to include L&S products. You will collaborate with US Retail & Lifestyle Sales Account Managers and Customer Experience peers to identify customer supply chain needs and develop tailored solutions. Your success will be measured by achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and serve as primary point of contact.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and improve their experience.

  • Proactively monitor cargo and handle reporting/service requests.

  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and global CX teams.

  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities and upsell products.

  • Maintain positive customer experience and collaborate with sales teams.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in transportation/supply chain or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in transportation/supply chain.

  • Familiarity with processes and procedures for Ocean.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving, persuasion, and collaboration skills.

  • Self-driven and organized, with strong time management abilities.

  • Fluency in Spanish and sales experience are preferred.

Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
