We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) with real estate finance experience to join our finance practice in the Washington DC office. The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, eager to learn and grow professionally, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and understands the cycle of a real estate transaction. The selected individual work within a team of LAAs to liaison between attorneys, project assistants, paralegals and clients. This position is hybrid and offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the office. Why Join Us?

What We're Looking For:
Required Experience: 2-3 years of commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, mortgage company or other related entity. Recent College degree and previous experience with loan closings or Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, a plus. Intermediate level skills working with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.Must be able to work overtime, when needed.
