Meeting and Events Specialist Position Highlights:
Job Summary: The Meeting & Event Specialist is responsible for independently designing and executing enterprise-wide events and activities-such as town halls, executive meetings, holiday celebrations, Hospital Week, and Medical Group Annual Meetings-that align with and support Endeavor Health's strategic goals. This position will lead a Special Event Squad to exercise discretion in making decisions related to event strategy, theme development, and vendor selection. This trusted individual will work with the Internal Communications Director and act as the primary liaison between the organization's leadership and event stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance event effectiveness and foster organizational cohesion. This position reports to the System Director of Internal Communications and Engagement and collaborates closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to establish and execute impactful, strategically aligned events. You will be an integral part of our team, scheduling and managing meetings and events for Marketing & Communications leaders, as well as leading in the planning, coordination, and execution of various system events.
