Human Resources Consultant

The Opportunity:

Transforming our client's Human Resources and Talent Management efforts takes considerable efforts. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their human resources policies and structure and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.

That's why we need you, a Human Resources Consultant who can analyze every aspect of your customer's HR operations and help them evolve their efforts. As a human resources consultant on our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

On our team, you'll use your passion for human capital management to have discussions and engage with stakeholders to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. This is your chance to further hone your expertise in human resources and talent management while learning new consulting skills.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources (HR), human capital, or talent management supporting U.S. Government HR teams

  • Experience in developing communications efforts and data management and analysis

  • Ability to travel between McLean and Warrenton, Virginia in support of client efforts

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Human Resource Professional certification

  • Master's degree in HR related field

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
