Job Objective: The purpose of this position is to provide for the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the Thrift Stores. What you will do:
Minimum Qualifications: You should possess the quality of character that will allow you to work harmoniously within a Christian organization. You should possess a positive attitude, flexibility, sense of humor and a desire to participate in ministry to people.. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: High School Diploma preferred.
Background Checks: This position will require a background check to be completed and all background check results will be reviewed.
Experience: At least Two years of retail experience preferred. Experience in use of cash register a plus.
Skills/Abilities: Able to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with co-workers and the public. Travel: Position may require occasional travel for training Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical thrift store environment. Position may require weekend work. Warehouse and sorting work will require working in un-air-conditioned facility.
