What you'll do:

Do you enjoy helping people feel confident and supported with technology from day one? Are you organized, curious, and ready to help shape a great workplace experience? We're looking for an IT Operations Coordinator to join our team and be a key part of our employee onboarding experience and IT projects. This is a people-centred, hands-on role where you'll help create smooth tech experiences and contribute to meaningful improvements across the organization.

This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on site in the Pittsburgh office.

As an IT Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Lead the IT onboarding experience for new employees - ensuring they have the right tools ,access, and support to get started smoothly.
  • Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to understand what's working and where we can improve the onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with teams like HR, hiring managers and office managers to make onboarding seamless and welcoming.
  • Help new employees get started by showing them how to use their tech and making sure they feel comfortable and confident from day one.
  • Contribute to IT documentation and process improvements, helping us get better over time.
  • Coordinate small IT projects - like equipment rollouts or upgrades - with plenty of support from the broader team.
  • Assist day-to-day IT tasks in the office and remotely, including troubleshooting, organizing equipment, and keeping things running smoothly.
What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT, onboarding, or IT-coordination roles.
  • A people-first mindset - you're approachable, empathetic, and enjoy making others workdays easier.
  • You're naturally organized and like keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Interest in process improvement and clear communication
