The Senior Project Administrator




  • Identifies, captures, and achieves, operational and strategic improvement opportunities.
  • Advances organizational performance by utilizing systematic methodologies in their work.
  • Facilitates organizational efforts for business process redesign and improvement, project management, and solutions development.
  • Guides and directs Project Administrator tasks and project assignments.
  • Assess and develop Operations Integration project objectives, plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work with senior leadership to help develop and implement operating goals and objectives.

Education:




  • Bachelor's required. Master's in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is preferred.



Knowledge:




  • Advanced level of expertise in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, diagramming, and project management software is preferred.
  • Clinical or health operations experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance, operations, logistics, statistical and simulation modeling, administrative theory, process improvement and project management preferred.



Skills:




  • High level of oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required in order to interface with staff and senior management throughout the organization.
  • High level of meeting management, organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of leadership, supervisory, mentoring, training, and facilitation skills.
  • High level of analytical ability to identify and illustrate relationships among complex activities.
  • Ability to define and recommend a course of action based on data.



Work Experience:




  • Minimum of 7 years previous work experience in: health care, operations, or consulting. Supervisory, managerial, and project management experience recommended.



Required Licensure, Certification, Etc:




  • None required. Completion or certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Lean, or similar training preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 34.27 per hour - Maximum 59.98 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
