LOCATION: Working 3 days a week in office in Austin, TX (Round Rock) or Boston(Hopkinton) MA.
Assistant Specialist, Strategic Sourcing - What this job involves Provide support of Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Responsible for delivering supplier and operational improvements; leading and executing strategic initiatives. Closely participate in and with Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. Support Category Management team's supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers. Provide support, instruction and follow-up to operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Ensure compliance to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. Create and tracks Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals and new services. Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. Assist Sourcing Leader with work priorities, complete deliverables timely and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction. Provide analysis and compliance reporting to Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems. Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting is accurate. Ensures compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements and are updated in accordance with contractual increases and service level changes. Supports data collection and analysis for multi-client events with the ability to develop actionable insights from data. Support and assist in vendor management program. Support and assist development of diversity and sustainability programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings. Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives while working within guidelines and policies. May support team members across various client accounts. Analyze data to identify areas of operations to improve efficiency Sound like you? Excellent communication skills - oral and written. Enthusiasm and self-motivation Ability to multi task and prioritize. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred. Project management and business transitions experience preferred. Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications |
