We are seeking a personable and professional
Customer Service Representative / Teller for a full-time,
contract to hire position with our client. Working hours required are Monday-Friday starting between 7:45am and 8:30am and working as late as 5pm, every third or fourth Saturday from 8:30am to noon will also be required for a total of 37 hours per week. Candidates must be able to multitask and switch gears at a moment's notice throughout the work day to address customer needs.
Customer Service / Teller job duties include:
1. Greet customers in person and via phone in a friendly and professional manner and address their needs, questions or concerns
2. Building rapport with customers and provide a positive experience for all
3. Provide online banking support to customers
4. Opening of new checking/savings accounts
5. Ordering cash as needed
6. Balancing the vault
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. One (1) year of banking/teller work experience
3. Basic math skills
4. Ability to count money back to customers
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Trustworthy with confidential information
