Workplace Experience Ambassador

Workplace Experience is a client-centric approach to reception and concierge services ensuring that employees and visitors feel welcome, assisted, and comfortable. Digital Visitor Management technology delivered through our partnership with Schneider Electric.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employees and visitors, employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of client employees and guests

Execute Concierge services in a manner consistent with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), standard processes, professional brand image and compliant with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations

Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the soft services delivery to ensure compliance with SLA, policies and regulations, and performance metrics to provide flawless execution and stable service delivery for the Client

Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with the Clients' goals and objectives

Create and Distribute Security badges through Client's propriety Web based system tool

Monitor and Manage badge access system for Security doors.

Visitor Registration Management through Client's Web based System Tool

Strive to continually improve experience service performance

Achieve and exceed goals including performance goals, team goals and Clients' goals and objectives

Collaborate/maintain a working relationship with on-site Facilities / maintenance team. This includes notifying them when contractors and other facilities-related visitors enter the premises.

Skills and Requirement :
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Having emphasis on Microsoft Outlook Calendar Management, excel and PowerPoint

Onboarding support

Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Social media - promote the site using Teams and Engage (events, activities, successes, etc.)

Work with other Hub sites to align best practices, communications, and activities

Experience using Canva preferred

Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
