Position Overview: The International Crane Foundation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Employee Administration Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will manage the recruitment and employee onboarding processes to ensure our workforce is both talented and aligned with our mission and values. Responsibilities include overseeing US-based recruiting and new hire setup, conducting administrative orientations, and coordinating program overviews and regular check-ins to introduce new staff to ICF's mission and culture and to foster ongoing support and engagement.
