Truck Driver (Part-Time)

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Truck Driver (Part-Time).

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Summary:

Looking for an On-Highway truck driver for an intermittent, part time, first shift position. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Hours will vary each week and be directed by the shop supervisor the prior week. In this position you are responsible for transporting new and used customer vehicles / trailers, as well as new and used Cleveland Brothers dump bodies / trailers.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Overall stamina
• Sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling, and/or pushing
• Carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, and crouching
• Listening, and speaking skills
• Must have good motor coordination skills
• Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet
• Verbal intelligence, and numerical intelligence
• Must meet DOT regulatory & Cleveland Brothers requirements for operating company or related vehicles
• Familiar with all DOT regulations and truck operations
• CDL Class A preferred, CDL Class B will be considered
• As needed driver, will schedule each week for the following weeks work
  
  
  
  • Estimated 1 or 2 days per week, 3-4 hours per day to start. As workload increases, additional hours may be needed.
  
  
  
  
• Drive ton truck with trailer to pick up and deliver dump body beds to paint vendor
• Pickup and deliver customer class 7 & 8 trucks
• Standard background MVR checks
• Must be minimum of 23 years old
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
