Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Manager, Ambulatory Access Operations to: Cultivate team engagement and a culture of excellence through active coaching and mentoring for supervisors and their teams. Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff, leaders, and providers to ensure success of the ambulatory access program in multiple specialties. Manage projects for system level strategic initiatives related to access and patient scheduling. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related field. Required Master's Degree in business, healthcare or related field. Preferred Work Experience 5 years of experience in a health care setting, including at least one (1) year of related experience in a leadership role. Required Supervisory experience in Access Services, Registration, Patient Accounting, or Clinic Operations. Preferred Experience with a hospital-based computer system (preferably Epic). Required At least three (3) years of related experience in a leadership role.
