Sr. Facility Manager
The Sr. Facility Manager oversees all aspects of facility operations and maintenance at assigned sites, including staff management, vendor contract administration, budgeting, project execution, occupant move coordination, safety program oversight, and liaison with occupants and business unit managers. Responsibilities: Lead corporate headquarters site operations as primary IFM service delivery contact Manage facility operations, staffing, and contracted service providers Administer vendor services, collaborating with Finance, Sourcing, and HR Platform support Develop and manage expense and capital budgets, including variance reporting Create and submit operational reports Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle management programs Maintain a safe and secure environment for occupants Ensure 24/7 operational excellence in critical environments Manage facility risk, health, and fire safety programs The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following traits: Effective communication skills with all stakeholders Strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team environment Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills Proactive problem-solving ability Adaptability to changing priorities and environments Strong attention to detail Customer-service oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent time management skills Innovative thinking for process improvements Commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency Qualifications: Minimum requirements: 5+ years of corporate facility management experience, including technical understanding of building systems and operations (power, air conditioning, fire protection and suppression systems, and other building operations equipment) Leadership experience for operational excellence Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management Preferred requirements: Experience managing Corporate Headquarters facility operations Experience with Workplace Experience programs Professional Certification (BOMA, IFMA, LEED) | |
