Position Summary

JLL's Project & Development Services team is seeking a Client Account Representative to accelerate growth and support our teams in delivering exceptional outcomes for our strategic and scaling JLL account clients. Acting as a single point of contact to our scaling account teams, this individual will be an expert in maintaining relationships and leveraging resources to drive our aggressive growth based initiatives. JLL is looking for a servant leader, the ideal team player and someone who will courageously and consistently demonstrate our core values: teamwork, excellence, and ethics. Preferred locations; San Francisco Bay Area, LA Metro, Seattle, Austin, Chicago, Atlanta, New York City, Boston and Charlotte.

Responsible for supporting and mentoring strategic and scaling JLL account leads in areas of training, development, coaching, measuring appraising, and rewarding performance.

Grow our Business + Thrill our clients
Responsible for client specific CRM account plans for strategic and scaling JLL accounts.

Accountable for account growth in partnership with industry leads, enterprise account management as well as local market industry teams; growth will be measured by client share of wallet growth, account growth opportunities, revenue, and margin.

Lead organic sales and commercial based initiatives to increase PDS share of Wallet and expand margins on account.

Lead account-specific project management pursuits, integrating with other JLL business lines./

Leverage Salesforce as a CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool and maintain a reliable pipeline of new opportunities.

Partner with account leadership to define their clients' real estate objectives, requirements, and the assumptions necessary to assign the best team on the field.

Anticipate and respond to our client's needs and concerns.

Partner with practice leaders to bring design, sustainability, project controls, multi-site program management, development advisory and move management services to clients.

Corporate Social Responsibility Impact
Actively participate in civic and business organizations.

Actively participate in Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

Contribute to JLL's sustainability, DEI, and community impact goals.

Promote JLL's programs such as: Supplier Diversity, HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) internship and community service - as an example.

Financial & Commercial Stewardship
Ability to evaluate multiple cost structures and prepare fee proposals for project management services that ensure preferred positions are achieved.

Evaluate financial backlog reports and prepare forecasted budgets inclusive of speculative revenue targets.

Develop project management solutions that meet clients needs while ensuring JLL's ability to successfully deliver on those solutions.

Develop project financial proformas; and present them internally to JLL governance committees.

Sound understanding of commercial governance, specific to project management services.

Experienced in the review of legal contract documents.

Communication and Reasoning Ability
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding effectively to sensitive issues.

Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to diverse audiences.

Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

Experience
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or industry-based engineering specialization (i.e.: industrial engineering). Advanced degrees are a plus.

10+ years of industry experience

7+ years of experience developing and cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective clients

7+ years of project management experience.

Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications are a plus).
